Dakarai "DK" Campbell
Certifications
A University of Central Florida graduate, Dakarai has a PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist) certification through NASM. He has experience training all ages in small groups and team settings. While getting a degree, he was an Assistant coach for the Apopka High School Football team. He did track and field in high school for 3 years and was a starter for the Apopka Football team when they won their 2014 State Championship. Dakarai became a strength coach so he could help athletes develop their athletic ability through strength, agility, and speed training so they can be the best athlete they can be in their sport.

Emily is a former collegiate volleyball player (Kentucky) and a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida. Her experience as an athlete as well as a physical therapy tech has shown her the vital role that proper training plays in both injury prevention and optimizing athletic performance. Emily looks forward to making an even greater impact by helping athletes achieve sustainable results, minimize injury risks, and reach their full potential.

Chris "Kross" Hilaire
Certifications
Chris, also known as Kross, is a graduate of Webber International University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Business Management. A former collegiate athlete, he played both football and lacrosse at Webber before going on to compete in rugby for three years with the Orlando Claymores, playing at the flanker position. Kross is a certified personal trainer through the ISSA. Performance has been a driving force throughout his life, shaping not only his athletic and physical development but-most importantly-his mental resilience. His passion for sports and performance continues to fuel his personal growth and his mission to inspire others. Through this platform, Kross is dedicated to helping individuals become the best version of themselves-physically, mentally, and wholeheartedly.
