To provide optimal customer services to the members and support to the coaching staff The Athlete Factory.
Position Outcomes
Ensure all members have accurately checked in for class
Successfully handle inquires - phone, online, and in person
Maintain appearance of front office – organizing and light cleaning
Assist in marketing and promoting programs and events, in and out of house
