Working out at The Athlete Factory has been one of the best things I've done to elevate my game. I started in middle school and continued to train with him until I graduated and went onto Georgia Tech to play division 1 volleyball. Since I’ve started, I can notice a significant increase in my vertical and hitting power, which are both huge in the sport of volleyball. Getting in the weight room didn’t just help me in high school or make me stronger, it also made the transition to college athletics a lot easier. Being familiar with a weight room and knowing good technique has allowed me to jump right in. We built a firm foundation with the basics, because these are some of the most critical movements. The coaches have always pushed me to be my best and to test my limits, which has helped me not just in sport but life.

I highly recommend The Athlete Factory! My son signed up for 6 months. He had a significant injury that had him on limited training for the 1st 3 months. The coaches worked around the injury until he was able to start full body training again. In the following 3 months my son improved leaps and bounds.
