Dewann Brown

I am from Winter Park, Florida. I’m an alumnus from Winter Park High School. I hold a degree in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University. I have a my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). I was fortunate to begin my journey in the field of strength and conditioning at The Athlete Factory, where I worked as an intern. This experience allowed me to learn from seasoned professionals and contribute to coaching athletes across various training levels. I spent most of my youth playing football, but I faced injuries in high school because I did not know how to train properly for the sport’s demands. Lacking a coach who could guide me in proper training for the sport’s demands, I decided to pursue this career to address the very questions I had during my time as a young athlete. My aspiration is to become the coach I never had, dedicated to helping athletes achieve their peak performance.
